Imatriever was established over 32 years ago. we are located on the outskirts of Ipswich, were our dogs are raised in a loving home. As Showers and breeders for all of this time we have invested a lot of time and energy into ensuring that we are producing high quality puppies, this was recognised when we were voted Life members of the Golden Retriever club of Qld. Through our love of Golden Retrievers, training canines and after years of an amazing journey of education within the breeding community, AJMONTGOLD commenced breeding our own line with an emphasis on breeding for excellent quality, health and temperament. We are a small and select kennel. We believe that the most important aspect of the Golden Retreiver is temperament. We want the best assest of a Golden Retreiver puppy to be happy, outgoing and sure of themselves, so they can live their best lives and enjoy every moment with their human families. From our Madi/Tommy litter, we have had Amber "Makoya Forever in Seine" join our family, and love having the 2 girls in our home now! Amber will have all her required health-tests done in April 2025. 2025 began with the chance of a new litter of puppies! With guidance from our breeder mentors, we chose a sire that we believe will positively contribute to our gene pool and we can't wait to see how these little ones turn out! We fell in love with Goldens when we got out first pup, Bruce in 2017. Temperament and ethical breeding is extremely important to us and why we decided to become breeders. Our snowy princess, Rosie has a beautiful calm, affectionate nature and is adored by anyone that meets her. Both our goldens have been raised with babies, toddlers and young children, as will Rosie's puppies in our home. Both Rosie and the sire used have excellent hip and elbow scores, full Orivet genetic testing and clear eye and heart certificates. All copies from both parents will be included in a puppy pack provided to new owners. Puppies will be wormed every 2 weeks, as well as vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped and DNA checked for proof of parentage before they go to their forever homes. We breed Golden Retrievers with the aim for them becoming working dogs in Therapy & Assistance roles, however do have pups available as pets. They are raised on acreage with all farm animals and other dogs, so are all very well socialised. Their parents are fully health tested abiding by ANKC standards. All mums are working Therapy Dogs and are from proven working lines. They are raised with ENS & ESI, along with our own custom development program to set them up with the best success at life for developing sound minds & body. We do temperament & suitability testing to ensure their potential future role is most suitable and so we can place them in the best suitable homes to match their temperament & needs. Our pups are 90% toilet trained by the time they go home and have had all experiences of crates & pens to set them up for their new life with you making the transition into a new home easier. As I am a professional dog trainer, they also have experienced the very basics of training such as follow food lures, waiting at gates, sitting for pats along with mental stimulation.
