I compete with my dogs in agility, rally, obedience and tricks, so I love shelties that have that drive and pizazz that makes training lots of fun. I fell in love with the breed's sweet, fairy-like elegance mixed with athleticism, and so that is what I look for in my breeding choices. I have had one litter so far with the help of my husband with our beautiful Elkie. We are new to breeding but I have mentors who are supporting me in my breeding goals. I am interested in genetics, animal behaviour and puppy raising protocols and it is really important to me do the best thing by the pups we bring into this world. - Parents of puppies are hip and elbow scored and DNA tested. - We emphasise raising puppies using Puppy Culture protocols. - Any puppies we breed are raised in our home, will be eye tested, microchipped, vet checked, wormed and vaccinated before going to their new homes.
