Established in 2010 on our imported FCI White Swiss Shepherd Dogs, all of whom were carefully selected to establish our own lines of quality dogs here in Australia. Saffioraire White Swiss Shepherd Dogs is located in the NSW town of Cootamundra. Situated on land and surrounded by a lovely community, our puppies are raised in a well rounded environment, setting them up for life. Our dogs have excelled in the show ring including Best In Show, Best In Group, International Ch, Aust Ch, wins across Breed, Group and Show level. However first and foremost our dogs are loved family companions. Living with us inside our family home, we thoroughly enjoy the company of our dogs and enjoy a variety of activities together with them. We are constantly striving to produce excellence throughout our generations, and aim to breed dogs sound in both body and mind who can not only excel in the show and sporting rings, but also dogs who can live fulfilling lives as loved companions in the homes of their families. All of our dogs are tested for relevant breed diseases and we have also imported semen from select European males who have passed all health tests. We believe that the White Swiss Shepherd Dog is a versatile and exciting breed, and enjoy sharing the dogs with those who are interested to learn more. We have owned and loved White Swiss Shepherd Dogs since 2013 when we purchased our beautiful non-ANKC pup Esmeralda. She ignited our passion for the breed, their beauty and intelligence. After many years, and a few ups and downs, we finally started our journey in breeding WSSDs in 2022. Our focus is improving conformation and health of the breed, whilst maintaining a confident and affectionate temperament. We believe in quality over quantity, carefully matching our females to males with the right structure to compliment them, ensuring exceptional puppies. We believe this has served us well as buyers recognize the quality we are producing. Our dogs are hip & elbow xrayed, ACES eye examinations, full profile DNA tested for genetic health traits such as MDR1, Degeneration Myleopathy, Cerebellar Hypoplasia and Pituitary Dwarfism. We give thanks to all the breeders who have supported us in this venture, allowing us to produce dogs with excellent conformation, health and temperaments.
