Payment timeframes differ depending on what payment method your buyer used. Here's what to expect
Credit Card or PayTo Bank payments
- Paid out within 2-3 business days
- Typically the fastest option
- Sent directly to your nominated bank account
BECS Bank Transfers
- Can take up to 5 business days
- Includes clearing time from the buyer’s bank plus transfer to your account

🔍 What’s the difference between payment methods?
Through Dogz Pay, your buyers are able to pay through 3 methods
- Credit Card payments are approved instantly, which allows payouts to be processed quickly
- PayTo Bank payments are authorised in real time through the buyer’s bank, making them just as fast as card payments. Lower fees than card
- BECS Bank Transfers use the traditional banking system, which takes longer to clear before funds can be paid out. Lower fees than card.
