I am a small breeding and show home of all four standard colours. My dogs and puppies are part of the family and they live in the home with me. They are my companions and pets first. I became involved with ANKC in 2016 showing cavaliers from the very beginning. We have had a lot of fun and success in the show ring at speciality and all breeds level. The health and longevity of my dogs is at the forefront of my breeding program. Structure is important for the functional health and wellbeing of the dog. I aim to breed cavaliers with a sweet melting expression, to size, soundness in structure, temperament and type. My dogs are DNA tested for breed specific diseases. Ophthalmologist tested two yearly. Cardiologist yearly. Patellas are checked yearly by my vet. I am also incorporating the use of MRI screened dogs for Syringomyelia and have commenced a program of screening my own dogs. CAVTOWN - est.1984. A showing/breeding kennel which has produced Champions in all 4 colours. Breeder of high achievers in both the All-Breeds and Specialty arenas in Australia, as well as Cavaliers who have had great success in the showrings in Sth Africa. There have also been CAVTOWN Cavaliers who have excelled in Obedience, Agility, other Dog Sports, and several who have acquired Therapy dog classifications in various fields. One little Blenheim girl was (to the best of her owner's knowledge) the first Cavalier in Australia to become a fully qualified Assistance Dog for the Hearing Impaired. Extremely proud to be the owner/breeder of the first Wholecolour Cavalier in Australasia to gain the Grand Champion Title. All our puppies (from health-tested parents) are house-reared and "pet quality" pups are sold on Limited Registration. Breed enquiries are always welcome.

Our dogs are all Specialist Health Tested (Heart and Eye), and have full breed DNA profiles (DM, EFS, CCDE, CM). Our dogs are part of our family and our puppies are raised in a home atmosphere, with loads of attention and socialising. We breed with a view to maintaining quality, health and temperament in the breed. We have all four colours. We breed only with our own dogs, continually striving to uphold high principals of breeding, take every step to ensure that show, breeding or pet families receive quality, true to type, healthy puppies from us and that we act as responsible and trustworthy breeders. Our well loved and cared for dogs and facilities are open and welcome to be viewed. Visits are by appointment only. Puppies receive a thorough vet check and health certificate from the vet within their comprehensive puppy pack. Our dogs are well loved, happy and healthy individuals running free on large grassy areas with their every need met willingly and lovingly. We register our litters with Dogs Qld (ANKC), pet puppies are on Limited Registration, and main registration is provided for genuine showers or breeders. There is criteria to be met for main registration.
