As a small kennel beginning in 2014 and located in Bathurst NSW, my focus is on ensuring quality Cavaliers as I strive to achieve a high standard for Exhibiting and for my own Breeding. I have been fortunate to have very successful Exhibitors and Breeders guiding me and mentoring me along the way. To date Alexabelle have bred multi All Breed Best In Show winning and Specialty Show class winning cavaliers and continue to strive for health & soundness in Cavaliers. To date I have successfully campaigned multiple dogs to their Championship titles and am enjoying life in the show ring campaigning and now titling my own home bred Cavaliers. Competing at Specialty shows and under international judges gives me confidence I am keeping to Breed Standard which is extremely important to me. I am amazed by the wonderful temperament and benefits of having this particular breed in the home and around our family. Cavaliers thrive on contact and have so much love to give. I am proactive in the health testing of my Cavalier's and to date have have my Cavaliers tested for Episodic Falling, Curly Coat Dry Eye, and Specialist testing for both Heart and Eyes (certificates for each available). I specialist Heart test all my dogs annually. I MRI for SM when they are of age. I am a current member of Dogs NSW and the Cavalier Club of NSW and also Cavalier Club of Canberra. We are registered Pedigree Breeders with Dogs NSW registration #2100073870 and adopt the principles of our dogs wellbeing primarily with all that we do We pride ourselves on excellent facilities in a rural setting. As responsible professional breeders our dogs are DNA tested(clear) for genetic defects and diseases to provide the best possible puppies. Our dogs are also regularly health checked and live a spoilt life and this shows in the puppies. We are a dog loving family who live on a farm near Cowra NSW and we are dedicated to breeding healthy & happy puppys to be loved and adored by the families they go to. We have sourced all of our dogs from high quality, healthy lines. We have DNA tested all of our adult dogs for CCDE, EFS, DM, CM and the protective heart gene (AA, AG, GG) We do ESI & ENS with our puppys from day 3 and sound desensitisation to help them grow up to be relaxed and unfazed by noises. Puppys are all frequently handled (with full supervision) by young children so they are comfortable with them by the time they go to their new homes. All puppys come vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, they have also begun toilet training. They come with a Blackhawk puppy pack including food, information on our breed, a toy and blanket which has their littermates scent on it, registration papers.
