We are exhibitors and breeders located on the North Coast of NSW, Cavaliers joined us in 1996 and in 2023 we made up our 24th Australian Champion. We breed a litter when we want a new puppy to show and sometimes have a puppy available to a loving pet home, desexed and on the Limit Register with Dog NSW Our dogs have annual health checks including when avaiable the Heart Clinic in Sydney in September. We are members of the Cavalier Club of NSW, Qld and the UK as well as several All Breeds Clubs. I have been showing and breeding Cavaliers for over 44 years and during that time I have bred/owned over 70 champions including dogs in USA and NZ. We sometimes have blenheim or tricolour puppies for sale to loving homes. Our breeding dogs are health checked for hearts and eyes plus DNA tested for curly coat syndrome and episodic falling before being bred. Our Show dogs are also our house dogs and our pets and produce our puppies. We feel if a dog is not a good enough cavalier to be a show dog its not good enough to breed with. Our puppies are reared and socialised in our home and we take great pleasure in hearing regular updates from new puppy owners and answering their questions

Welcome to Breanaway kennel, we are a small friendly kennel situated just outside of Grafton on the north coast of NSW. My first Cavaliers Sharni and her mate Buddy both passed away at age 14 years. We take our cavaliers for a walk with us each morning around our 5 acres, we have a large fenced area for our cavaliers to play all day. We have owned and loved cavaliers since 2002 and since owning a cavalier we wouldn't own any other breed, cavaliers are the most loving,friendly and devoted breed. Our puppies are all born and raised in our home but have some outside time as well. When they are ready to go to there new home they will have there toilet training well under way.If you would like to come and visit all you need to do is telephone and I will be happy to show you our Cavaliers. Our aim is to breed healthy, happy, confident Blenheim and Tri puppies so other people can have as much enjoyment from this breed as we have. We usually have a couple of litters a year so if you are interested in being put on my list for the next litter please email or telephone. We have been breeding Cavaliers for 24years and have made improvements by using DNA testing and selection for healthy girls to breed on with. We are also test for the AG gene and have retained 2 girls by Parknee Simon Says to breed on with. We are currently starting to actively look for a new stud dog to use with our girls. Moving house and building meant we did not have the energy to devote to raising pups but we are back. Pictures will be posted in the next little while.

When we began we brought over from our Stud Cattle Operation the philosophy of Top Genetics, Confirmation and Temperament to produce only top quality, happy, healthy puppies. We strive to produce True to Breed "Loud Party Coloured" Blenheim and Tricolour Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. When we selected our breeding females we selected from Successful Top Show Kennals. From there we have had their Full Breed Profile data collected. We then breed only to genetically clear Sire's to assure none of our puppies will ever be effected by genetically avoidable diseases. All our dogs live inside the family home the benefit of being a small kennel! This assures a great environment for our girls and there puppies, being raised as part of the family limiting their risk of developing anxiety and depression. We have high aspirations and hold ourselves to a high standard, this give us the comfort that we are only supplying our clients quality. We breed for the family pet but our quality caters for the show home.
