We are a small breeder of Lagotto Romagnolos based in Melbourne. Our aim is to breed healthy Lagottos with a great temperament and a good conformation. In our view the perfect Lagotto should be friendly and energetic with no resource guarding and it should display a great working drive. We have chosen Panda as our foundation bitch as she has the most wonderful temperament and is very smart and keen to learn. Whether you are looking for an obedience dog, tracking dog, agility dog, show dog or simply a wonderful pet then we expect our next litter to have what you are looking for. Around 7-8 weeks of age, all puppies will be temperament tested and we will match puppies to their new families to make sure they fit in the best. At this time we can also access which puppies are likely to do well in the show ring. We wish to advise you all that we will no longer be breeding. After 34 years in Pulis and 11 years in Lagottos. It is time to hang up our breeding. The huge amount of time involved in raising our litters, has finally caught up with us. This last litter, whelped 13 Sept. has taken its toll. Just too old to be able to be on the go the whole day, caring and loving these beautiful puppies. At Moraamuz, our goal & commitment has been to breed and raise the soundest Lagottos, in both health and temperment. Having successfully shown, done preformance sports and bred Pulis since the late 1970's - we brought this wealth of experience in dogs to our Lagottos. Lucille & Dora, are firstly much loved house pets, secondly, we play and train in Scent Work, Agility - earlier they were show dogs. Now Scent Work and tryng our Sprint and Lure Dog. We have always advocated breeding with health tested dogs. Both Lucille and Dora are Clear for JE, LSD, HUU and NAD. Have current Clear DAC Eye Exam Certs. And 0/0 Elbows & A Hips. Rosie will welcome a beautiful litter of Lagotto puppies on 6 January 2026! Rosie lives in a loving family home, ensuring the puppies are well-socialised and confident from an early age.
