We are a small family orientated kennel located in the Scenic Rim. We aim to bred for sound temperament, athleticism, well adjusted dogs who are part of our family. All breeding dogs are health tested, DNA profiled and Hip and Elbow scored. Our love of dogs began in childhood. Liz regularly participated in dog shows with her parents who successfully bred Wire Haired Fox Terriers and West Highland White Terriers. Our love of Rhodesian Ridgebacks began in 2018, our first ridgeback joined the family who was followed by a second in 2020. This re-ignited Liz's passion for showing dogs and this quickly became the soon to be retirement interest, along with playing golf of course. The joyous memories of childhood, friendships, adventures and love of family is how we came about our name of Lovatpride. Lovat was the prefix name that belonged to Liz's parents so we are proud to continue this tradition. Our home is set on 5 acres where our dogs are exposed to native wildlife and share their home with children, cats, other dogs and horses. They love to run and chase each other which has led us to the sport of Lure Coursing. Puppies are available now to caring and loving forever homes. We aim to match puppies to families individual needs. Full support is provided. All enquiries welcome for pet or show homes.

PUPPY'S DUE AUGUST ------------- We are located on the beautiful Scenic Rim, approximately an hour south of Brisbane. Our beautiful dogs, big and small, are members of our family, fun loving and full of character. We occasionally offer for sale to the very best homes, puppies with the potential to be show quality dogs, amazing companions and family members, and outstanding breeding assets. To this aim we strive to produce only puppies that are healthy, sound, meet and surpass their breed conformation standards. We breed only from dogs with proven bloodlines and true to the breed standard with no known health issues, with exceptional temperaments, loyal and much loved. ALL of our breeding dogs undergo a Full Breed Disease DNA Profile. Based on those results, the puppies that we breed cannot be AFFECTED by the diseases known to afflict French Bulldogs or Rhodesian Ridgebacks. All enquiries welcome including Interstate and Overseas.
