With breed involvement for over 40 years, we have recently downsized and relocated Laughing Willows to Alton Park, a nearby mountain hideaway where we can all enjoy the peace and fresh unpolluted air! We are both Judges, do not show RRs any more and over the years have had club involvement at all levels. We have bred many Champions and a number of our dogs have set records in both the Show and Obedience rings. We have always been involved with rescue and education and are happy to help in any way we can. Puppies are occasionally available to loving homes and are vaccinated, vet checked, wormed and microchipped before leaving.

"Amazing Grace, Noble Heart" LionsLea Rhodesian Ridgebacks are a small kennel based just outside the Australian Capital Territory, not only passionate about our breed but with a special love for the Livernose. For optimum health our dogs are raised by the BARF principles and all dogs in our breeding program are AVA hip/elbow scored, heart screened by a cardiologist, and DNA tested for degenerative myelopathy. We have now also started testing for Junior Myoclonic Epilepsy (JME). We keenly enjoy campaigning our Ridgebacks in the showring and are incredibly proud of their achievements so far but more importantly we are blessed with loyal and devoted family companions. At Schlau we are a small, select kennel with Rhodesian Ridgebacks being our second breed. We have been breeding and showing dogs since 1978 and purchased our first Rhodesian Ridgeback in 1995. Since then our family has grown as as we strive to improve the breed with a select breeding program. All puppies are raised on a natural diet, with children and plenty of room to exercise as they grow and develop. Puppies occasionally available to loving, appropriate homes. We would like to thank all at Lionveldt, Kipsigis, Jedazar and Chilolo for our sound foundation stock and continued support over the last 25 years.

We are a family of Rhodesian Ridgeback owners of long standing who show and breed their dogs to continue over four decades of selective breeding and winning in the show ring. We are not commercial breeders, but Rhodesian Ridgeback enthusiasts, and consider our hobby a lifelong passion. We pride ourselves on soundness and excellent temperament. We have consistently shown a number of Rhodesian Ridgebacks to their titles, and won a number of In Show and In Group awards at both All Breed, Group and Specialty Levels. We did set multiple original Australian records over 30 years ago! Of note over the recent showing years we have won challenges under numerous breed specialists whose opinions we greatly appreciate. Notable wins include Ziggy winning Runner up to Best in Group under breed Specialist Myron Arthur and Loki winning Best of Breed at Canberra Royal., Tempe taking out Best Brown Nose Bitch in Show at the 2017 and Gypsy winning Opposite Baby in Show NSW Rhodesian Ridgeback Specialty Show. We pride ourselves on having quality ridgebacks that display all characteristics of the breed. We offer a lifetime of support, a Magombe owners Facebook group, mentoring if you are interested in showing or starting out in the breed, and best of all pups raised in a family environment. Marandela's first litter produced Ch Marandela Saltwater Pearl(AI) who thrilled us by winning Baby Puppy in Show at the National RR Show in Brisbane 2014. Ruby's 2nd litter produced Ch Marandela Wot Happens in Vegas ET who won Best in Show at the Victorian Rhodesian Ridgeback Specialty 2019 and Ch Marandela The Phantom Chance TD. ET who has won 2x RUBISS. In turn Jinda produced Dual Ch(LC) Mandela Marengo JC LCX. Dogs are Conformation Champions some have Tracking, Endurance and Lure Coursing titles. Undoubtedly our greatest achievement is many return Buyers. Puppies are raised on a premium diet, in a healthy environment with plenty of space for supervised exercise/play. They are regularly checked for dermoid sinus, Vet checked, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed regularly and well socialised prior to going to their new homes. We follow Puppy Culture Protocols. Sanyati Ridgebacks are situated on 10 acres in East Kurrajong NSW. We have been involved with Rhodesian Ridgebacks since 1984 when Kathy first began showing the breed in conformation. Now Sanyati is a second generation kennel, with daughter Ally taking over many of the roles. Our Ridgies are much loved members of the family, they live alongside Ally’s young children and are a part of our every day life, going to family outings and camping trips. We prove our dogs quality by taking them to shows to be assessed against others breeding with very consistent and pleasing results. We breed occasionally with a huge amount of forethought into the bloodlines and qualities we are after to continue our kennel and support our breed. All our dogs have had full DNA profiling and hip and elbow scoring to reduce and eliminate hereditary diseases from our lines. We breed our dogs to be athletic, healthy, sound, and loving, all things Ridgeback! Litter planned for December 2022, taking interest now!

Vishalah Kennels is a small kennel located in Western Sydney, inspired and guided by several generations of showing and breeding Ridgebacks. Formerly ‘Vishala’, our kennels started when my grandmother, Deirdre Bacon, brought her first Ridgeback, Leader of Chadwell (”Kaunda”), over from England in 1972. Deirdre co-founded Rhodesian Ridgeback Club Inc. (1973) and passed her passion for the breed along to my mother, Kate McPherson, who bred several beautiful show-winning dogs including: Aust Ch Vishala Sikoto; Aust Ch Vishala Inkosi; Aust Ch Vishala Impi; Aust Ch Vishala Sebina; Aust Ch Vishala Ndawo; Aust Ch Vishala Kabangisa, and International Ch Vishala Kinghunter Lance. All dogs are hip and elbow scored and cleared for any hereditary or congenital defects we are aware of and have screened for. Our puppies are microchipped and vaccinated at 6 weeks and leave us well socialised with all relevant paperwork and a comprehensive Puppy Pack.
