Since starting my Kennel in 2000 we have endeavoured to continually improve the breed with an focus on temperament and soundness. Ours quality has been proven in the showring with Grand champions and champions as well as multiple in group and show winners. All puppies are raised in the home and socialised with adult Ridgebacks and dachshunds and come with life long support. All dogs are health tested before entering our breeding program. We are taking expressions of interest for show and pet homes for our current litter. Parents have had numerous health testing and passed with flying colours. Puppies come with first vaccination, regularly wormed and with a puppy pack. Puppy pack includes puppy information, dog food, toy and towel with scent of the litter.

Marvelridge is a small, family based Rhodesian Ridgeback breeder located in the Redlands area of South East Queensland established in 2021. We raise our puppies in our home for the first four weeks before introducing them to the outside world. By about 5 weeks old, our puppies are living outside full time on grass with daily adventures back into the house to learn all about doggy doors and kitchen smells. Marvelridge aims to breed quality dogs who have temperaments suited to the family home. Our Ridgebacks are pets first and come on all adventures with us including camping, four wheel driving and days at the beach. All dogs that we breed with have been health tested via full DNA profiles as well as X-rayed to establish risk of Hip and Elbow dysplasia. We are proud to own Champion Starridge Nulli Secondus aka Groot who is the infamous ridgeback of Groot's Diary on Instagram and Facebook. We are privileged to own Valeighunter Devil Wears Prada (Gamora) who has been an amazing mum of two litters. We welcome any enquiries about puppies, or just to chat about Ridgebacks. While I have owned Rhodesian Ridgebacks for 14.5 years and have shown them very successfully for about 12 years, I did not start breeding until 3 years ago. My mission as a breeder is to breed healthy Rhodesian Ridgebacks, of good temperament, to the ANKC breed standard. I will always strive to title my dogs both in the show ring and in the various sporting arenas open to us. My girls currently are 14.5, 12, 11, 7 and 3 years of age. They are well socialised and enjoy trips to the beach, local markets and Bunnings. My husband is disabled and we have different carers and allied health workers visiting five days a week, so temperament is extremely important. Puppies I breed are raised in my home and following Puppy Culture protocols. My oldest RR, FCH Chilolo EK Sasha ET LCX vLCX has had the longest lure coursing career in Australia and was fit enough to keep competing until she was almost 12. Dual Ch (LC) Chilolo CHN Cool Samara (AI) ET LCX has also had an amazing coursing career and won Best in Field at the Rhodesian Ridgeback National in 2023. Samara is currently expecting puppies around 14 August 2025.
